By agreeing below, I hereby grant MGenius Academy an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and unrestricted right and license to produce, reproduce, display, exhibit, publish, broadcast, distribute, and otherwise use the Minor’s image, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, biographical material, and any attributes of the Minor’s personality or appearance, in materials related to the Party, in any manner, media, and medium, now known or hereafter devised (collectively, “Materials”), for any lawful purpose, including, without limitation, publication, promotion, illustration, advertising, trade, or historical archive. MGenius Academy agrees not to disclose the Minor’s identity in conjunction without my prior written consent. I acknowledge and agree that MGenius Academy (i) has no obligation to use any Materials; (ii) will not be liable for any distortion or illusionary effect resulting from the use of any Materials; and (iii) will exclusively own all rights, title, and interest, in and to the Materials, including, without limitation, the unlimited right to edit, modify, or otherwise use the Materials. I, on behalf of myself, the Minor, and our respective heirs and personal representatives, hereby irrevocably release, discharge, and waive all claims, demands, losses, and liabilities of any nature which may now or hereafter exist, including, without limitation, like copyright infringement, defamation, disparagement, slander, false light, violation of the right of privacy or publicity, or the like.
